We do both. Start with a Strategy Sprint (2-4 weeks) to set direction fast, then add monthly or quarterly workshops for cadence, accountability and continuous improvement. Keep it focused on one area (e.g. digital) or blend multiple areas as your needs evolve.

We can usually book a discovery call within a week. Once scope is agreed, a Strategy Sprint typically starts 1-2 weeks after approval. Need to move faster? Tell us-where possible we’ll compress planning and kick off a short pre-work phase.

No. Sprints are one-off. Ongoing workshops are month-to-month or quarterly and have a termination clause of two billing cycles from notice, so you are not locked in long term should your circumstances change.

Yes. We’re Sydney-based and run on-site sessions across Greater Sydney. We also work nationally via blended remote/in-person formats. Please note that interstate travel for an in person format does incur additional fees.
However, we have found that we can work effectively online and have robust processes that have been tested and refined to accommodate remote consulting since the inception of our business. This is often more cost effective without the loss in quality.
